Clean eating involves choosing foods that are minimally processed, ethically raised, and rich in naturally occurring nutrients.
1.Cut out added sugar
Having so much sugar can lead to a lot of disease such as diabetes, heart disease, obesity.
When you order food or beverage do not order them to added sugar because it should automatically phased out.
So change this behaviour and using healthy substitutes for your favourite sweet treats can satisfy cravings and keep you on track.
For example, eating Greek yoghurt topped with full of the fruits is better than a chocolate ice cream !
Due to the city life people prefer to eat fast food and junk food more than a healthy food.
However, buying these stuff can lead to unhealthy choices and behaviour.
Cooking at home, preparing fresh food, healthy food should be first priority to recognise when possible.
When eating clean, the easiest way to control what goes in your dishes and stay out of your body.It’s so important to know what ingredient you are going to eat.Remember you are what you eat !
3.Stop Eating ”Diet” Food
When people trying to diet, people think about die foods or low-fat dressings, diet soda, meal replacement bars and weight-loss drinks.
These kind of food are having more sugar, artificial sweeteners and preservatives
For example, low-fat yoghurts contain more than the original yoghurt
When following to diet program, you have to be careful what you gonna eat because everything effect your body.
Even the calories that show on the plastic packaging of your snack is quite little but the nutrient that you will get is so useless to your body.Furthermore, it can clause the bad effect as well.
For example, even the vocados and nuts are the fruits that give high calories but they are full of fibre and healthy fats that can support weight loss by keeping you satisfied between meals .
5.Choose the coffee menu
Even the coffee is the one of the drinking type of healthy drink.But look carefully, additives like syrups, artificial sweeteners and whipped cream can direct negatively impact your health and waistline.
As we know the popular coffee menu such us frappuccinos, mochas and sweetened lattes.These gives you hundreds of calories per one cup.
To keep your healthy coffee.Avoiding sugar and keep your drink simple as much as you can.No added sugar ! Syrups ! and choose unsweet items.
Eating variety of vegetables and fruits is an important part of eating clean.
Rainbow is mean like the fruits that have variety colours such as sweet potatoes, red peppers, berries and green these kind of fruits are packed with the full of nutrients that are very necessary to health.
The easiest way to consume is that enjoying a large salad of mixed vegetables every day.
7.Make Healthy Versions of Your Favorite Treats
Sometimes stop eating sweet will be too hard for someone like me so I decided to reduce it and adapt it to the healthy way.
There are lots of alternative ways that can make clean eating easier, and here is some suggestion menu for those who used to taking too much sweets.
1.Dipping strawberries in dark chocolate
2.Baking apples stuffed with chopped nuts, oats and raisins.
3.chocolate pudding with avocado, coconut milk, dates and cocoa powder
8.Purchase Local and Organic Products
Consuming local and organic products is the best way to consumer due to the quality that you will get from them and avoiding intake of contaminants like herbicides and pesticides.
Purchasing the local foods not just only good for your health but it also benefits the planet by promoting biodiversity and reducing environmental contaminants.
So let’s begin your salad with these foods!!!
9.Trying new foods
Experiment new foods can be one of the interesting thing while on diet and it is the excellent way to the healthier and expand your palate.
Enjoy your new with the new recipe can help keep meals interesting as well.
10.Reading the labels
Although we well know that eating clean are including with all the healthy thing but for some of those if we taking too much, it can lead to the harmful at the same time.
It’s important to read labels to make sure that there is no added sugar or unhealthy fats
For instance, many nuts are roasted in vegetable oil, which can expose them to heat-related damage. It’s best to eat raw nuts or roast them on your own at a low temperature.
