Fettuccine Meatball in Tomato Sauce from Cloudy with a Chance of Meatball.

Seasoning the meat

1. Use a large mixing bowl to combine ground beef
2. Add a half of the onion-garlic mixture, 1 tbsp dried oregano, ½ cup grated Parmesan,
   breadcrumbs, black pepper and salt until it forms meat dough. 
3. Use your hands to mix the meat and the ingredients together.
4. Shape the meat into the meatball
5. Sear over medium- high heat until they are cooked.
6. Now you get meatballs!

Tomatoes Sauce

1. Cut the top of a tomato out and boil it with the medium-heat.
2. Peel the tomato and cut it into small dice.
3. Cut the onions into small dice
4.  Add a bit butter into a nonstick saute pan over medium, and cook until the pieces of onions turn transparent.
5. Then, stir fry the garlic until it is cooked.
6. Add tomato sauce, small pieces of tomato and a tbsp of soup, and stir fry the sauce with low heat.
7. Add the meat-balled into the pan 
8. Season the sauce with salt, pepper, sugar and any Italian herbs, anything you want.

Fettuccine

1. Boil fettuccine in a separate large pot 
2. Add a little bit of salt and olive oil into the pot, and boil it until al dente. 
3. Drain and set aside

To serve

1. Using a fork to roll the fettuccine and place it on the beautiful plate.
2. Add some meatballs  and tomato sauce over it.  You can add some grated Parmesan and chopped parsley.

Fried Rice – Weathering with you

1. Heat the pan with high temperature
2. Add the butter, wait until it melts and add onion, stir it.
3. Add all of the rice and mix together
4. Add shoyu and mix it
5. Add pea sprouts
6. Crush the chips in to little pieces and add it
7. Stir fry until the sauce mix well to the rice and the rice turn brown

Ramen – Ponyo

Story of a fish princess or Ponyo who was born from the bubble in the abyssal of the sea. Her father is the human who hates humans and her mom is the goddess of the ocean, with her playful behavior, Ponyo swims up to the surface of the ocean and the waves blow her to the land which she met with the boys. It’s the first time that Ponyo tasted the human food which is ramen and she really likes ham on the ramen. I bet that if you come from the deep sea, you will like it too! Let’s try it by yourself!!

How to cook

1. Bring the water to a boil over high heat in the pot
2. Tear open the seasoning packet that came with ramen and pour its into the boiling water and give it a stir
3. Put ramen noodle into the pot for about 2 minutes 
4. Cut leek into small piece for decoration
5. Boil the water to a boil over high heat and put pinch salt
6. Put egg into pot for about 8 minutes 
7. Serve with pinch leek, egg, and ham

Pancake – Kiki’s Delivery Service

1. Mix dry ingredients in a separated bowl.
2. Then combine wet ingredients in another bow.
3. Pour in dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
4. Stir until they are combined. 
5. Allow to rise for 15 minutes.
6. Heat nonstick pan over medium heat.
7. Drop a little bit butter into the pan.
8. Cook on one side until the pancake bubbles
9. Flip and cook on another side.
10. Serve with butter and a sausage or honey, ice-cream, jam, anything you like!

Omlet – Ratatouille

1. Crack 3 eggs into a bowl, add small pieces of tomato and onion, season with pepper and salt, and beat with a fork until the white and yolks are fully mixed together.
2. Use a small nonstick saute pan over the medium-high heat. Add a small bit of butter, it should sizzle instantly.
3. Put everything in the bowl into the pan and shack the pan a little bit, make sure that the eggs are not sticking with the pan. Continue shaking until the middle of the eggs are cooked, turn to light yellow. Then low down the heat.
4. Roll it up and serve the omelet with the decoration if you want.
